The Infinix NOTE 60 Pro has launched in Nigeria, introducing a Snapdragon-powered chipset, an interactive rear LED interface, and long-life battery technology. The device leads the new NOTE 60 Series and is positioned for users who require strong performance, multimedia capability, and extended reliability. It is now available through authorized retailers nationwide.
Infinix said the NOTE 60 Pro reflects changing smartphone usage, where devices are expected to support productivity, content creation, entertainment, and constant connectivity within a single platform.
At the core of the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 5G processor, marking the first time an Infinix smartphone adopts a Snapdragon chipset. The company reports the processor delivers an AnTuTu benchmark score above 1.1 million, alongside faster app launches, improved graphics performance, and more stable multitasking.
To sustain performance under heavy workloads, the phone integrates a 3D IceCore Vapor Chamber cooling system designed to manage heat during gaming, streaming, and demanding applications.
A key design feature is the Active Matrix Display, a compact LED interface built into the rear panel. The display remains hidden until activated and provides visual alerts for notifications, calls, timers, and reminders.
Users can customize the interface with light signatures, animated effects, and interactive elements. It also includes playful features such as digital companions and mini-games, adding an interactive layer uncommon in its category.
For imaging, the smartphone features a 50-megapixel OIS Night Master main camera engineered for improved low-light performance. Optical Image Stabilization works with pixel fusion technology to enhance light capture and reduce blur from handheld shooting.
The camera system is designed to deliver sharper photos and steadier video across nighttime scenes, indoor photography, and social media content creation.
Powering the device is a 6500mAh battery, built for extended daily use across communication, work, and entertainment. Charging options include 90W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging compatible with the Infinix MagCharge ecosystem.
The phone also supports Adaptive Bypass Charging to reduce heat during intensive use while plugged in. A Battery Self-Healing system is included to help preserve long-term battery capacity, with durability engineered for up to six years of typical usage.
Audio performance is handled by dual stereo speakers tuned in collaboration with JBL. The setup delivers balanced stereo output intended for video streaming, gaming, and music playback.
On the software side, the device runs Android 16 with Infinix’s XOS 16 interface, offering system refinements and personalization tools. The company confirmed support for up to three years of Android OS upgrades and up to five years of security updates.
Speaking at the launch, Oluwayemisi Ode, Integrated Marketing Communications and PR Manager at Infinix Nigeria, said the device introduces major upgrades across performance, design interaction, and battery longevity.
She said the NOTE series continues to focus on delivering practical innovation that improves everyday smartphone use, combining processing power, creative tools, and long-term reliability.Infinix NOTE 60 Pro Launches in Nigeria with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, Active Matrix Display, and 6500mAh Battery
