"Czech Beauty Krystyna Pyszkova Crowned Miss World 2024"

Krystyna Pyszkova from the Czech Republic emerged triumphant, claiming the esteemed title of Miss World 2024 amidst fierce competition at the 71st Miss World pageant. 

Besting 111 contenders hailing from various corners of the globe, Krystyna was adorned with the crown of Miss World 2024 on Saturday night, March 9, amid the grandeur of the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai, India. Expressing her elation, Krystyna remarked, "Being crowned Miss World is a dream come true. 

I am deeply honored to represent my country and the values of 'beauty with a purpose' on a global platform."

Yasmina Zaytoun from Lebanon secured the position of first runner-up, followed by Aché Abrahams from Trinidad and Tobago as the second runner-up, and Lesego Chombo from Botswana as the third runner-up. 

Krystyna's achievement marks the second victory for the Czech Republic in the Miss World pageant, following Tatana Kucharova's win in 2006.

According to the official Miss World website, Krystyna Pyszkova is a Czech model currently pursuing dual degrees in law and business administration. 

In addition to her academic pursuits, she is the founder of the Krystyna Pyszko Foundation.

Fluent in English, Polish, Slovak, and German, Krystyna is a passionate advocate for sustainable development through education.

The 71st edition of the Miss World beauty pageant was gracefully hosted by Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar alongside Miss World 2013 Megan Young from the Philippines.
