Two are detained by police in Kano for culpable homicide.

The Kano State Police Command has apprehended two individuals for allegedly committing culpable homicide in different parts of the state. 

Mr. Chidera Ugwu was arrested in Tofa Local Government Area for reportedly causing the death of a pregnant woman by administering the wrong injection while attempting to induce an abortion. 

Another suspect, Yusuf Haruna AKA Lagwatsani, was arrested for the murder of a prominent Islamic cleric who was stabbed during ablution. 

The police stated that the suspects would face legal proceedings after the investigation. The arrests highlight the police's commitment to protecting lives and ensuring justice for victims of such crimes.
