The Kano gubernatorial election verdict was unanimously praised by the NNPP.

On Saturday, the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) expressed appreciation for the Supreme Court's decision in confirming Abba Kabir Yusuf as the duly elected Governor of Kano StateT.

TheNNPP Acting National Chairman, Abba Kawu Ali, conveyed gratitude to Nigerians, the international community, and the media for their steadfast support throughout the judicial process. 

Ali particularly commended the Supreme Court Justices for their commitment to fairness and equity, citing their recent judgment. 

He highlighted the significance of the ruling in vindicating the NNPP and reiterated the party's dedication to serving the interests of the Nigerian people. 

Ali emphasized the importance of a morally and institutionally strengthened judiciary for upholding justice and independence.
