Presidential aide praises Tinubu for allocating N100 billion for school feeding
Dr. Yetunde Adeniji, President Bola Tinubu's Senior Special Assistant on the School Feeding Program (SFP), has applauded the President for allocating N100 billion for the program in the 2024 budget.

Adeniji said in a statement released on Tuesday in Abuja by Mr. Olumobi Adewale of the SSA office that the N100 billion allotment evinced the President's compassion for the nation's impoverished children.

The statement says: "With regard to the N100 billion allotted for the school feeding program, President Bola Tinubu's N28.7 trillion 2024 budget is one of empathy and compassion.

"It amply illustrates Mr. President's unshakable commitment to the welfare and advancement of the Nigerian people."

She also praised the president for his constant displays of vigor, fortitude, ability, understanding, and compassion in guiding Nigeria.

"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the President for his wise decision to bring back the School Feeding Program (SFP)."

"This is going to be extremely important in helping to take youngsters off the streets and improve the socioeconomic life of the host communities where these schools are located.

"Moreover, the significant financial allotment in the 2024 budget signifies the significance attached to this endeavor," the speaker added.

However, Adeniji gave President Tinubu and the people of Nigeria the assurance that the funds will be wisely used to carry out the president's vision for renewed optimism.
