The defendants committed the offenses on November 27, at approximately 1:35 p.m., at Evangelist Bello David Str. Aradagun, in the Badagry neighborhood of Lagos, according to the prosecutor, ASP Clement Okuoimose, who testified in court.

According to Okuoimose, the defendants allegedly used a stone and a stick to strike and injure one Lamidi Akeem, an employee of EKEDC, inflicting damage to his left eye.

"One Samsung Galaxy A41 phone, valued at N153, 000, owned by Enemwo Clement, an employee of EKEDC, is purportedly damaged by the twins.

He claimed, "The defendants also assaulted the two EKEDC staff members."

According to the prosecutor, the offenses were under Sections 173, 339, and 172 of the Lagos State 2015 Criminal Law.

The accused were granted bail in the amount of N200,000, each with two sureties in an equivalent amount, by Chief Magistrate Mr. Fadaunsi Adefioye.
