In order to digitize the real estate industry, NeGSt-TAS Technologies and the Estate, Rent & Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) have formed a strategic alliance.The ERCAAN Lagos State Secretariat in Oshodi hosted the signing event.

According to the announcement, the partnership was observed by Godwin Alenkhe, the National President of ERCAAN, and Kassim Adeshina Adetokunbo, the Chairman of the Lagos State chapter.
Through collaboration, NeGSt-TAS Technologies will start a national digital registration initiative for all eligible ERCAAN members, including newcomers to the field as well as current practitioners, with the goal of improving practice efficiency overall and streamlining administrative procedures.
Digital identity cards will also be sent to members, demonstrating NeGSt-TAS and ERCAAN's shared commitment to embracing technology innovations and fostering a more connected and secure environment for all parties involved.
As a National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) licensee, NeGSt-TAS Technologies will use its cutting-edge eVerification solution to verify the identity claims of people, including potential and intending tenants and those acting as guarantors, in real estate and property transactions nationwide, utilizing the NIMC database. This creative verification method establishes a new benchmark for company operations in that particular Nigerian economic sector.
