NAF disputes that it attacked Kaduna residents.
The Nigerian Air Force has refuted reports that several Kaduna State villagers were unintentionally bombed by one of its aircraft.

In a statement released on Monday in Abuja, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, the NAF's Director of Public Relations and Information, rejected the story.

According to Gabkwet, the NAF has not conducted any air operations in the past twenty-four hours inside Kaduna State or its surroundings.

He continued by saying that other organizations are also using combat-armed drones in Nigeria's northwest.

"It is untrue that reports circulating that innocent citizens in Kaduna were accidently killed by Nigerian Air Force (NAF) planes are bogus.

He said, "It's also critical to make sure the media always does their research before publishing rumors that haven't been verified or confirmed."
