After the announcement of the start of free WAEC enrollment for pupils in Edo state public schools, Anamero revealed this to reporters in Benin City.
He stated that 10,000 pupils in all, who are the state's indigenous population, will gain from the procedure.
He went on, "That is a reflection of my dedication to giving every child the chance to flourish and realize their career as education continues to be the cornerstone for the advancement and success of any society and country.
"Financial limitations have without a doubt delayed and ended the hopes of many worthy individuals from pursuing and achieving a great education to an appropriate level.
"Therefore, we have developed a plan to close the gap and lessen the burden placed on economically disadvantaged families by addressing this issue head-on.” stated Anamero.
He said that the forms will be distributed to a variety of organizations, regardless of their political, religious, or tribal affiliations. These organizations include the Nigeria Union of Journalists, the Christian Association of Nigeria, orphanages, Muslim Faith, physically challenged people, internally displaced people, traditional rulers, and others.
