He highlighted the university's goal of nurturing responsible and thoughtful leaders capable of positively impacting Africa on the global stage. 

Wigwe expressed the project's focus on creating an efficient ecosystem to foster leadership passion, potentials, and preserve cultural values. 

The HOW Foundation, focusing on education, youth empowerment, and healthcare, is funding the university, set to commence operations in September 2024. 

The institution aims to reshape Africa's educational landscape and equip students for the future.
