The vocalist of "Leg Over" said that he paid the (unnamed) producer $5,000 to write a song for him, but that he neglected to give the stems with the money.
Stereo recordings called stems are created by combining different separate tracks, such as the bass, percussion, and vocals, in a musical composition.
The song in question will be featured on the 32-year-old musician's upcoming album, The Evil Genius, according to the actress and billionaire's daughter Temi Otedola, whom he recently married.
In an attempt to bring the $5000 he lost back to the producer whose life it was stolen from, Mr. Eazi shared his story on Twitter.
He did, however, add that he might think about suing the person for $100,000 if he became "bored."
There is a manufacturer. The day I become bored, I'll spend $100,000 suing your ass. I spent $5000 to produce a song that was supposed to be on my record, but he never submitted the stems. I hope that $5k altered his life, #TheEvilGenius 🏹.
