Once more, pending a decision on bail, the court remands Emefiele in Kuje jail.
Godwin Emefiele, the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), is being detained at the Kuje Correctional Facility until the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) high court in Maitama, Abuja, rules on his bail application.

After Emefiele was arraigned and entered a not guilty plea to a six-count revised charge presented against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Justice Hamza Muazu issued the decision on Friday.

Judge Muazu postponed making a decision on Emefiele's bail application until November 22 and the start of the trial until November 28 after hearing arguments on the bail application.
