NALDA reports a record-breaking crop of maize and rice in every state.

The National Agency for Land Agricultural Development Authority (NALDA) has reported a bumper harvest across various states, including Niger, Nasarawa, Benue, and Oyo. 

The agency, in collaboration with private and public institutions, established farms with the aim of achieving food security in the country. 

NALDA anticipates that these harvests will boost the nation's grain supply, positively impacting downstream value chains producing poultry feed and other household goods. 

The authority has also supported farmers in Galambi community, Bauchi State, with agricultural implements for harvesting maize and rice farms. 

Mechanized farms equipped with modern machinery are contributing to increased production and drawing interest from the youth in farming communities. 

NALDA aims to replicate and expand these successful farming initiatives nationwide.
