A who's who of the legal community gathered for the Thanksgiving service to offer congratulations to the jurist, including family, friends, colleagues, well-wishers, and members of the public.
Judge Olukayode Ariwoola, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, recently installed 23 judges, including Justice Ogundare.
Speaking at the celebration, several people praised Justice Ogundare as a charming, modest, hardworking, and committed individual who rose through the ranks as a lawyer, magistrate, and judge.
Despite his hectic schedule, Justice Ogundare serves as a pastor in the Church and is regarded as a very intelligent judge who is a pride to the legal profession.
According to what they said, expressing gratitude shows that a person respects God, is devoted to serving God, and values the provision and direction that God has provided in their lives.
The General Secretary of GOFAMINT, Pastor Femi Omowumi, led the Thanksgiving Service. He said that those who trust in the Lord will triumph in life, not the strong or the quick.
Pastor Omowumi expressed his satisfaction at Justice Kehinde Ogundare's good reputation among his professional colleagues as well as in the church, citing numerous passages from the Bible.
He prayed that God would provide the jurist health, wisdom akin to Solomon, and bravery to fulfill his new responsibility.
Justice Ogundare thanked God in his vote of appreciation for providing him with supporters who were there for him through good times and bad.
