Davido has once more come under fire online for allegedly owing Mastermind, a student at Unilag, N1 million since 2020.Popular Nigerian music producer Samklef has urged quick action against Davido, claiming that the latter is refusing to pay the fee.
This comes after he was accused of owing N218 million in a commercial transaction by businessman Abu Salami.
Davido was given a 24-hour window by Samklef to pay the young man back. He asserted that he made an effort to speak with Davido's manager, Asa Asika, about the circumstance but was unsuccessful.
As he stated:
"If anyone knows Davido, please let me know that I'm giving you guys 24 hours to pay Mastermind the N1 million they've owed my boy since 2020." Since 2020, this boy has suffered since e don dey owe Mastermind N1 million.
"I don't reach out to Asa (Asika), but I realize that you joined the Confra because you wanted to oppress others; if people called you out, you always felt like you had the upper hand, I realized. If you don't give Mastermind N1 million within the next 24 hours, I will drag you and we will drag each other.
"You're meant to be enjoying your life right now. For example, if you were just born, you should be peacefully celebrating, but instead, you're running about looking for my tail.
"We're fighting for justice for the common man; you're supposed to be an example to others, but you go and oppress people because you feel like you're above the law because you have connections, so don't worry, dey play," he said.
