The command's spokesman, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, made this announcement on Monday in Minna.
According to Abiodun, the woman was slain on Sunday at her home in Minna's Gbaiko neighborhood.
Due to their failure to reach Dr. Funmilola Adefolalu, a lecturer at FUT Minna, by phone, some of her friends paid her a visit at her home in the Gbaiko Area of Minna on October 29, at approximately 1000hrs.
He claimed, "Unfortunately, when the guests arrived at the house, they found her lying in a pool of her own blood with injuries all over her body."
He claimed that two bloodstained knives that were likely used to stab her by unidentified individuals had been found at the location.
According to the spokesperson, she was pronounced dead at the Ibrahim Babangida Specialist Hospital in Minna after the body was brought there.
He announced that the event is being investigated by the police.
