In Bauchi, reappointed NEDC management examines multibillion-naira projects
After President Bola Tinubu reappointed the officials a few months ago, the Board and Management of the North East Development Commission (NEDC) is in Bauchi to inspect multibillion-naira ongoing projects around Bauchi State.

Yesterday, the Managing Director/CEO, Mohammed Goni Alkali, and the Board Chairman, Major General Paul Tarfa (rtd.), led the Commission on a visit to the Emir of Bauchi, Alh. Suleiman Adamu.

Nevertheless, it continued on to the locations of other current projects in Dunga, including a megaschool and 500 dwelling units in housing complexes. The Commission visited a number of construction sites, including the medical facility in Bauchi city, the annex office being built along the Bauchi-Jos road, and the state-of-the-art livestock market in Soro, Ganjuwa local government area.

The team is "in Bauchi in continuation of what we did before during the last four years," the Board Chairman Tarfa informed the Emir at the Palace of the Monarch.

"What is taking place in Bauchi with regard to our development initiatives is impressive. He stated, "On behalf of the board of the commission, we are appreciative of the chance and honor to share with you our accomplishments during our first term in office.

The Emir encouraged the Team to collaborate further with state governments in order to accomplish additional victories and praised the Commission for deeming it appropriate to honor his palace.
