After scoring in Rangers' 4-0 win over Hibernian, Cyriel Dessers is motivated to advance his Rangers career.

Dessers, who performed admirably throughout the contest, deposited the ball in the back of the net to score the fourth goal for the Rangers.

"We demonstrated some of this today, but we still have a long way to go in terms of development. Dessers told Rangers TV, "I'm convinced we'll do that, and we'll then be a team that's hard to stop.

"I enjoy doing it as a part of the game. Even though I'm still developing, this was a step in the right direction. I believe we can advance with the new spirit in the locker room, the new personnel, and the supporters.
