The governor, who additionally authorized the establishment of the civil-military school in Alusekere, Ede, expressed that the military, particularly the Nigerian army, holds significant importance in our nation's societal framework. In his response, the Chief of Army Staff expressed that he was present in the state as part of his ongoing nationwide tour of army formations inside the country. He acknowledged that his visit to the governor's mansion was intended as a gesture of respect and tribute.
