'They've stopped giving goals away,' says Neville of his team's EPL squad as they pursue a championship.

 

Gary Neville, a former player for Manchester United, has predicted that Arsenal would win the 2023–24 Premier League championship this year.

The former England defender made his comments on Sunday as Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur drew 2-2 at the Emirates Stadium in a Premier League North London derby.

Neville remarked in an interview with Sky Sports that Arsenal "proved everyone wrong last season by how close they got and they were pushing City all the way to the very end."

"I believe Arsenal will win the title this year, which is a bold statement. I just have a strange feeling about this. They've stopped giving up goals, and thus season they've only been hit with 10 shots on goal.
