Reactions of Tupac's siblings to the accused killer's arrest
The arrest of Duane Keith "Keefe D" Davis, the man believed to have killed Tupac Shakur, drew a response from Tupac's siblings.

Recall that a grand jury indicted Keefe D on one count of murder with the use of a dangerous weapon, with a gang enhancement, leading to his arrest by the Las Vegas Metropolitan police on Friday, September 29.

Mopreme Shakur expressed his relief at an arrest in the rapper's murder after all these years in an interview with TMZ.

He said that although one arrest does not mean that Tupac has received justice, it is nonetheless positive that someone is now being held responsible for Pac's murder. He added that he is watching for any additional arrests, including those of potential collaborators.

Mopreme also stated that he is interested in learning more about the reason behind the tragic 1996 homicide. Although the investigator who initially contacted Pac's family about the murder inquiry has since retired, he said that LVPD only recently did so.

The crime, according to the authorities, was carried out in retaliation for Tupac and his crew beating up Keefe D's nephew after the Mike Tyson fight.

Sekyiwa "Set," Tupac's sister, also spoke to TMZ.

Without a doubt, this is a crucial moment. The 27-year silence surrounding this case has made a strong statement in our neighborhood.

"It's vital to me that everyone recognizes the seriousness of the departure of this man, who was my brother, my mother's son, and my father's son, as well as the country, the legal system, and our people. Yes, this is a triumph since his life and death matter and should not go unresolved or unacknowledged, but I'll reserve final judgment until all the facts and legal actions are in order.

"There have been many people involved, and there are still many questions regarding my brother Tupac's life and death, as well as the Shakur family as a whole. On all fronts, we are fighting for real justice.
