Magamu commends Oborevwori after the tribunal dismisses Omo-Agege's petition.
The election tribunal has rejected Senator Ovie Omo-Agege's appeal contesting the results of the gubernatorial election held earlier this year in Delta state, which is a huge victory for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

Supporters of the governor, including well-known politicians like Olorogun Frank Muwhen (also known as Magamu), Chairmanship contender, Udu Local Government Area, rejoiced over the decision.

After carefully examining the facts and arguments put up by both parties, the electoral tribunal, presided over by eminent Justices, made its decision.

The tribunal's decision made clear that Omo-Agege's petition lacked supporting documentation and fell short of the standard necessary by law to invalidate the election results.

Magamu, a well-known political powerhouse and ardent supporter of Governor Oborevwori, sent the governor his heartfelt congratulations after learning of the news.

Magamu expressed his happiness with the tribunal's judgment, calling it a win for democracy and the will of the people, during a press conference held in the state capital of Asaba.

"Governor Oborevwori's victory at the tribunal is a testament to the overwhelming support he enjoys from the people of our great state," said Magamu.

"The decision upholds the voice of the electorate and affirms the legitimacy and transparency of the electoral process."

Magamu continued by praising the tribunal for its comprehensive and unbiased investigation of the case, which helped to ensure that justice was done.

Additionally, he congratulated the governor for his outstanding leadership, noting all of his accomplishments and commitment to the general welfare of the populace.
