During his appearance as a guest on the most recent episode of the Rap Radar Podcast, presented by Elliott Wilson, Burna Boy confirmed his statement.

The individual expressed a lack of understanding of the underlying mechanisms that led to their presence in the studio with J. Cole and a group of exceptionally tall basketball players. Prior to commencing the process of recording songs, individuals engage in discussions pertaining to genuine topics encompassing life and various other subjects.

And prior to commencing the recording session, J. Cole expresses, 'My companion, this individual bears a striking resemblance to the esteemed artist Tupac.' Subsequently, I conducted a visual survey in order to ascertain the individual to whom he was referring. The individual being referred to in the conversation is myself. 

He expresses that the individual in question bears a striking resemblance to Tupac Shakur, a renowned figure in African-American culture, suggesting a potential spiritual connection or reincarnation in an African context.

It is worth noting that J. Cole made an appearance on the track titled 'Thanks' in Burna Boy's most recent album, 'I Told Them...', marking his seventh studio release. The album was published in the previous week.
