The governor expressed gratitude to Allah, the Almighty, for His blessings, protection, and guidance, as well as for serving as their bulwark during trying and trying times.
He said, "Since taking office on May 29, 2023, this is our first Eid-El-Maulud observance. We have started working on the governance process.
"We have fully committed to restoring confidence in our split and destroyed communities. In order to reconstruct their lives and contribute to the economic growth of our beloved state, our people deserve peace and harmony.
He claimed that the Eid-El-Maulud celebration offers the populace a chance to emulate the virtues of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) in order to mend fractured local economies and communities.
The governor declared that the Holy Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) represented forgiveness, love, tolerance, and perseverance as well as justice and fairness.
The governor declared, "We must vow as a people to put our bad past behind us. Let's make peace by reaching out to one another. We may work out our issues via conversation, restoring harmony and trust among our communities. Progress and development are inimical to hatred, mistrust, and suspicion. From now on, we ought to deny space for conflict entrepreneurs.
He explained that his administration would keep promoting interreligious conversation and provide the Kaduna State Peace Commission with all the assistance it needs to help settle long-standing disputes and foster harmony among our people.
He said that in order to re-energize the struggle against banditry, abduction, and other forms of criminality in Kaduna State, the state administration has been stepping up its interactions with security agencies and bolstering the Kaduna Vigilance Service (KADVS).
All Muslims were exhorted by the governor to pray ardently to Allah for stability and development in Kaduna State and Nigeria.
