Finidi believes Enyimba can win the African Football League.

Finidi George, the head coach of Enyimba, is optimistic that the People's Elephant will triumph in the inaugural CAF African Football League.

The inaugural competition would include eight teams, including the champions of the Nigeria Professional Football League.

The quarterfinal matchup between the Aba giants and Wydad Casablanca of Morocco will take place the following month.

Al Ahly of Egypt, Esperance of Tunisia, Simba of Tanzania, TP Mazembe of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa are the other teams vying for the championship.

Finidi is certain that the teams can win the competition despite the caliber of the other teams.

"Enyimba is a major club and always will be. We have always prospered on the continent, but occasionally we experience bad luck and don't receive our desired results, Finidi told the press.

We can win the African Football League, in my opinion. Although it will be challenging, the work is manageable.
