Before the G-20 Summit in India, President Tinubu talks with service chiefs.
Prior to his scheduled visit to India to participate in the G-20 conference, President Bola Tinubu held a brief meeting with his service chiefs to receive an update on their ongoing operations.

The gathering, a customary occurrence at the Presidential Villa, was attended by prominent military officials including the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Taoreed Lagbaja, Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, the Navy counterpart, and Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar, the Chief of Air Staff.


The President was briefed on the overall security posture in the country during a closed-door discussion at Aso Rock. The meeting also included a comprehensive assessment of areas where service chiefs should intensify their efforts to address existing vulnerabilities.


Later in the day, Tinubu is scheduled to travel to New Delhi, India in order to participate in the G-20 Leaders Summit.
