Pete Edochie, a senior colleague who recently expressed concern over the disastrous marriages of Nollywood actresses, has come under fire from actor Uche Maduagwu.
According to Edochie, he learned of the failed unions of Chioma Chukwuka, Tonto Dikeh, Ireti Doyle, and others in an interview with Chude Jideonwo.
If you come to our Industry today, most of our girls who got married 2- 3 years ago have all left their husbands, from beginning to the end. I was shocked that Chioma Chukwa had left her husband, Ireti Doyle, Tonto Dikeh. You take a vow when you are going to get married for better or worse, not for better or out. You will always think it’s greener on the other side, that is the mistake we all make”. Edochie said
Uche responded to the interview by saying that the seasoned actor should concentrate on his son Yul Edochie's marriage problems after he "got an actress pregnant while on a movie set." When May is grieving the loss of their first son, according to Uche, Yul is busy posting on social media videos of himself and his second wife Judy singing and dancing.
Uche claimed that the veteran actor is too preoccupied talking about other topics to debate this one. He uploaded a video to his profile and included a caption;
