Rubin Bartley, aged 34, has been formally accused with the crime of attempted murder, as he allegedly engaged in a violent altercation resulting in the severe beating of a 35-year-old individual near the intersection of East 135th Street and Third Avenue in the Mott Haven neighborhood of New York City, at approximately 3:45 p.m. According to law enforcement authorities, on Sunday, August 27th, it was reported.
It has been reported that Bartley was purportedly engaging in physical abuse towards his female Doberman breed dog, and subsequently assaulted an individual who attempted to interfere, resulting in the victim being knocked to the ground.
According to the authorities, the individual in question proceeded to his vehicle and afterwards returned carrying a wooden bat. afterwards, a physical altercation ensued between the two males, resulting in them grappling on the ground.
According to reports, Bartley purportedly stood up and proceeded to repeatedly strike the individual who had offered assistance with the bat, resulting in a fractured jaw.
According to law enforcement officials, the injured individual was transported to Lincoln Medical Center in a stable condition, exhibiting injuries to the facial and cranial regions.
