In Ilorin, Kwara State, a 21-year-old lady named Hamudat died after falling into a private well.
On Saturday, August 5, 2023, at around 2:00 PM, the terrible tragedy took place at Ile-Kangu Compound in the Pakata neighborhood of Ilorin.
The state Fire Service's spokesperson, Hassan Hakeem Adekunle, acknowledged the occurrence in a statement and stated the dead was mentally challenged. He also said her body had been found and given to her father.
Today, Saturday 5th August, 2023, a woman of about 21-years old called Hamudat of Ile-Kangu Compound, Pakata area Ilorin, llorin West Local Government Area Kwara State, fell into a domestic well and was recovered dead,” the statement read.
